The Security Industry Agency (SIA) is the organisation responsible for regulating the private security industry in the UK.
All our Door Supervisors are licensed by the SIA. A Door Supervisor licence is required by law if manned guarding activities are undertaken in relation to licensed premises. Engaging our Door Supervisors will give you the peace of mind that your premises are being guarded effectively and legally.
We hold copies of the training certificates and licences of all our staff so you can rest assured that you’re employing staff who have had the best training.
Our Door Supervisors are professional, friendly and polite at all times and are fully equipped with radio equipment and easily identifiable by their uniform. All our door supervisors must adhere to our code of conduct. They will be assigned to you based on a match between their skill set and your venue’s specific needs so you leave security safely in their hands and get on with running your business.
Meryl Dennis and her team at SFM kindly provided the Walktalk team with much needed professional security advice and support for our finale in Trafalgar Square on Sunday 17 August 2008. After thirty days walking from Leeds to London and thousands of conversations in 22 towns and cities along the way aimed at bringing communities together, Gill Hicks, survivor of the 7 July London Bombings who lost both her legs that day, led the Walktalk team into the Square. It was wonderful to know that we were being so well-looked after and that we could totally rely on the expertise of the SFM team.
